Studio Metamora FAQ's

Studio Hours and Rules

The Studio Metamora is open and available for bookings daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We offer a flexible scheduling system to accommodate your needs and maximize your studio experience.

 

Upon booking your session, you will receive an email containing a contract to sign prior to your visit. The day before your scheduled session, a unique 4-digit code will be sent to grant you access to the studio.

 

The lobby door to the Holden Heights building will be unlocked during our regular hours of operation. We kindly request that you refrain from playing loud music but encourage you to enjoy and create magic throughout this studio.

 

We strive to make you feel at home; however, please maintain the studio as you found it.

 

What Props and Equipment are included in my booking?

 

Our studio is equipped with a creative space, including furniture, props, lighting, seamless backdrops, and plants. Feel free to explore and utilize these resources to bring your vision to life!

 

What type of changing area is in Studio Metamora?

 

We are excited to offer an in-studio unisex bathroom for changing, ensuring you have a convenient and comfortable space.

            • Please do not hang anything on the walls.

 

Are cake smashes allowed?

 

Yes, cake smashes are permitted. We kindly ask that you clean up afterward.

 

Is confetti permitted?

 

Confetti is allowed; however, please allow sufficient time to clean the studio after your session to avoid a $150 cleaning fee, which will be charged to the card on file.

 

Where should we park?

 

The Holden Heights parking lot is equipped with 8 spaces, as well as municipal parking available on both sides of the Holden Heights building.

Damage and Breakage Policy

 

We understand that accidents may occur during your session. Please notify us as soon as possible if anything is damaged or broken. Our primary goal is to repair or replace the item before your next reservation. Depending on the damage, in some cases, you may be charged a damage/replacement fee, calculated as a percentage of the cost of replacement.
