Welcome to Studio Metamora, a professional rental photography studio

located in downtown Metamora, Michigan.

Our space is designed to provide a creative, comfortable, and well-equipped environment for your photography sessions.

 

Hours of Operation

Studio Metamora is available for bookings daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your creative needs.

 

Studio Access

• The lobby door to the building remains unlocked during operating hours.

• A unique 4-digit access code for the studio will be provided the day of your scheduled session.

• Please keep music volume at a reasonable level to maintain a pleasant environment for all users.

 

Included Amenities

Your booking grants access to a fully equipped creative space, including:

• Furniture and props

• Professional lighting

• Plants and decorative elements

• Seamless backdrops (available at an additional cost)

You are encouraged to explore and utilize these resources to bring your photographic vision to life.

 

Changing Facilities

A private unisex bathroom is available within the studio for changing. For your convenience, a portable garment rack is provided in the bathroom and may be moved to the waiting area or studio space as needed.

Please note: No items may be hung directly on the walls.

Cleaning supplies (broom, dustpan, Swiffer wet/dry mop, and paper towels) are also available in the bathroom should you need them.

 

Session Guidelines

• Cleanliness: We want you to feel at home while helping us keep the studio in pristine condition. Please leave the space as you found it.

• Cake Smashes: Permitted, provided thorough cleanup is completed after the session.

• Confetti: Permitted, provided you allocate sufficient time for complete cleanup at the end of your booking. Failure to do so may result in a $150 cleaning fee charged to the card on file.

• General Rule: No items may be hung on the walls.

 

Parking Information

• The building’s private lot provides 8 dedicated spaces.

• Additional municipal parking is available on both sides of the building.

 

Damage and Breakage Policy

Accidents happen. If any damage or breakage occurs, please inform us immediately so we can address it promptly for future bookings. Depending on the item and extent of damage, a replacement fee—calculated as a reasonable percentage of the item’s cost—may be applied.

 

Cancellation &   Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your booking are eligible for a full refund.

• To reschedule your session or discuss any changes, please contact us directly.
